Jelena was informative and checked she had the information she needed. She consistently checked I was comfortable and happy with the pressure etc. She worked around my needs well and gave me just the experience I was after. Had I the time I would have fallen asleep after in the relaxing room. As it was I got home and relaxed very well. Over the next couple of days I ached as she said o would and now have such relief in my back neck and shoulders. Just what I was after. It was perfect.

Ellie was very friendly and welcoming. I opted for firm pressure with my massage and she kept the pressure firm throughout. Got rid of loads of knots in my shoulders. It was still really relaxing though, quite an art. Thanks Ellie, it was amazing

A very welcoming Spa with great facilities and extremely helpful and pleasant staff. I would like to see the changing rooms updated with more modern fittings and showers in a separate room to prevent the wet floors creating a safety hazard.
