From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive. The spa facilities were great, unfortunately the steam room was out of order on the day, however, I had been pre-notified of this, so it wasn’t a shock. The Swedish massage was amazing, it’s the first time in years someone has been able to be firm enough to actually relax my muscles. I will definitely be booking again. The only downside was the toilets smelt quite bad, they were clean though, so hopefully a diffuser or similar could help.

Friendly and welcoming staff approach. It was my second visit and each time I felt welcome by staff. I would have more treatments if I was offered better and affordable prices
