I've given an overall rating of 3 due to the pool being so cold that didn't really get to use the facilities as much as I would have wanted having paid for it for the whole day. When we would normally go back in after lunch for another hour or so, we just couldn't face the cold pool again. Plus not having someone on the desk full time is a bit of an oversight that if there was anything you needed, you had to go back to main reception. Quite annoying.
That said, the treatments we both had was absolutely brilliant. The girls were so good at doing them and knew just how much pressure to do. The lunch was really lovely, however on speaking to a couple of people in the spa, they said their experience wasn't great, so maybe it depends on who the chef is.
Would I go again? No, afraid not. As beautiful as it is (looks like it's all just been refurbished), I do feel there are other spas out there I'd rather go to.

I'm a returning day spa customer. It always feels a special day and a real treat for my daughter and I. Time to swim, steam, relax, enjoy a treatment and of course eat the wonderful lunch. We'll be back!

I had an absolutely fabulous day. Went with a gift voucher for one and it was so relaxing. Greeted with coffee and put by the open fire on a very cold day. Then bravely went down to the spa. Heavenly jacuzzi and a beautiful blue pool that wasn’t too cold! Nice vapour steam room then back to the jacuzzi. The treatments (massage and facial ) were delightful then time for the afternoon tea! I felt truly spoilt. Would recommend this to everyone and look forward to the next visit which will be very soon!
