A fantastic Swedish massage. Great staff. Good pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Only downside is pool relaxation area not great and only six loungers by pool. Lovely lunch with prosecco included and all great value for money.

I have previously had a good experience here. However today my experience was not as good. I had waxing done here and although the treatment was meant to be 25 mins I was being ushered out after 15 mins, without the same waxing I had previously had. Then as I came out it was to hear the therapist who I had for my wax talking about my waxing to one of her colleagues!?! I had previously gone here because I felt comfortable when it’s an awkward thing to have done, I am not sure I will go back after this.

This was a birthday treat for my mother and I went with her. It was her first experience of a spa and massage. When she came out from having her massage she said "That was wonderful I didn't want it to end". Later she said "I can't remember ever feeling this relaxed at least not for along time. How soon can I come again?" Thank you. This was the best reaction to her present and she is still feeling the benefit four days later.
