Recently visited the Connaught Hotel spa, we had a fantastic day. The staff were lovely and we were greeted with drinks on arrival, before heading to the spa. We used the facilities which although fairly small we weren’t over crowded. The pool was warm, and there’s a jacuzzi, sauna and a steam room, we also used the relaxation room.
We opted for the hot stone massage and the neck, back and shoulder massage.. which was amazing, after our treatments we had our lunch as it was a lovely day we sat outside. The food was really good.. Great quality food and well cooked!
Overall the day was superb, great value for money. The only reason I didn’t vote 5 on everything was because it’s in the centre of town so it’s not as spacious as some spas but despite this it’s fantastic and I highly recommended it!

I had a Brazilian wax, chin & lip waxing and also chose to add a pedicure on at the spa. The two therapists I saw were so professional and friendly, immediately put you at ease and extremely talented in their work. Probably the best place in Bournemouth that I have had treatments at.
I will definitely be booking with this spa again, the relaxation room was lovely also!
