The hotel was being renovated which meant the treatment rooms were out of action, we were taken to a 3rd floor bedroom, which was just as lovely, but took the edge of the experience as we had to walk around the hotel in our dressing gowns - this felt a little odd to us. We enjoyed the use of the facilities, suana, jaccuzi & steam room, along with the swimming pool. We spent some time in the relaxation room but had to leave as we could hear the building works going on, which spoilt the atmosphere. We had a two course lunch which was very good, and would highly reccommend the restuarant.

A totally wonderful day from beginning to end! Coffee and toast upon arrival and then a full body Swedish massage - which was excellent! We had an amazing 3 course lunch with prosecco then a beautiful peaceful relax! I took my daughter here for her birthday - it really was first class the staff were so helpful I would definately recommend and will certainly book again via groupon - thank you The Connaught Hotel and Spa

Absolutely lovely spa day. Possibly the best massages we've ever had! The staff were very friendly and professional. Everything from start to finish was excellent and we really enjoyed our lunch. The relaxation room made this venue stand out from others we've been to, as we were able to really " switch off" and have a snooze after lunch. It was so good that I'm hoping to arrange another visit very soon.
