revive and hot stone massage was fantastic.
The afternoon tea was only OK, although the scones were so hard that we couldn't actually enjoy them - I'm guessing they were warmed up and then that caused them to dry hard - such as shame as this was the only part of the day that wasn't great

Very nice stay at the hotel and the pool facilities were convenient to access, however the jacuzzi was dated and not working well, in need of some improvement. Treatments were excellent and staff friendly.

Lovely size pool and great to have steam room, sauna and jacuzzi there too. Treatment parlour lovely serene atmosphere. Massage room lovely low lighting, gorgeous aromas, peaceful and relaxing feel the minute you walk in.
Therapist Evie very professional. Lovely quiet, calm manner about her. Couch soft and comfortable. Hour massage was perfect pressure, sweeping over painful knots firmly, removing gradually rather than trying to do it in one hit, which can be very painful and defeats relaxation. She had it just right. Finished with half hour facial, which was so thorough I felt all my wrinkles had gone (sadly not, as even fabulous Evie can't work miracles). The whole experience was amazing and worth every penny. Thank you Evie.
