treatments were wonderful and Andrea was fabulous. I was disappointed that there is no option to add a swim to your treatment unless you pay £25 for use of facilities which in my opinion is way too much when I'd already had two treatments that day. I have visited many times before and although I will go again, I feel that this has caused me to want to look elsewhere as the cost of the two treatments compared to a spa day does not equal £25 extra.

The staff were very welcoming.
Treatment was nice but the head massage seemed very long I would of preferred more work on my back, neck and shoulders but it was still lovely.
The treats after the massage were a nice touch.
We had to wait a very long time for our afternoon tea, there was only one member of staff in the restaurant.
Venue is modern and clean. The pool was very cold but hot tub was nice and warm. Once you were in pool you couldn’t notice.
Relaxation room is so nice and spacious.
