They used hot wax for my upper lip wax. My beautician was very thorough and it felt like a very luxuriant visit for a simple treatment - a proper treat!

Lovely visit for a 'work it out' treatment which was just what I needed, having a sweet treat in the relaxation room afterwards was the perfect way to end. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely incompetent receptionist who had no idea what she was doing. The polish therapist was rude and had no manners.
Needs a revamp all over everything is so dated. Massage was like a conveyor belt so felt completely rushed.
