I had a lovely relaxing massage, and my only regret was that I couldn't stay there longer and use the rest of the facilities! Parking was a bit of a nightmare but the hotel reception sorted me out!

Really unhappy as I spent loads of money on this as a gift for my mums 60th and when we got there the jacuzzi wasn’t working and that’s the whole point of having a spa day
