The whole experience was pure bliss and amazing. Hannah was so professional and I felt so relaxed and almost floating on air!! Can't wait to come back.

Lisa was great and checked in during the massage to see if the pressure was good. The downside during the treatment I could hear people in the hallway laughing/ talking which put me off the experience. We were waiting in the sanctuary room and the door to the reception was open and the sanctuary room. We could hear the whole conversation with a male being very loud. I went to shut the door but didn’t know if I was allowed. Not very relaxing! If the door is there surely it should be shut?

The dark sensory room before treatment was welcomed. Treatment was pleasant. Therapist let me know what to expect and asked if it was ok. Perhaps would have preferred a little firmer/slower massage. But generally lovely experience. Maybe some background music would help me relax more, like in the darked room.
