Hannah was absolutely amazing and it was one of the best hot stone massages I have had. She's just excellent. My husband enjoyed his hot stone massage also and said Elena was excellent. Spa reception was great also and the bartender helping us with recommended Pinkster gin with slimline and cucumber gin with slimline. Thank you for rebuilding us both!!!!!

My therapist was great. I was disappointed that my variable blood pressure was a factor in my treatment as i have a trapped nerve and would have liked a bit more pressure. But my therapist was up front about the contra indication so i accepted her advice. The treatment was relaxing.

The treatment and customer service at the Bournemouth Blue Water spa is second to none. We both had very relaxing massages, with added oils and scents, that made our senses and muscles tingle long after the session.
The masseur also really helped us choose a range of skin good quality creams/lotions that we could buy at a reasonable price.
This was our second visit and it made up our minds to make this our number one spa for any future stays in Bournemouth.

Amazing massage. I've been to a few places and had a massage but I've had by far the best one here.
My only very slight negative is that the lighting in the room was so bright. It would have been nice if the lighting had been dimmed slightly as it made it harder to relax.
