This felt like the best massage I've ever had. This could be that we've all had to wait to long for treatments, but I think my therapist was very skilful and thoughtful.

When we arrived the front desk had a sign that it was unmanned so we walked down to see what was around. A very rude woman asked what we wanted 😒. I told her we had an appointment and the way she asked was as if we should not be there. Luckily another nice person checked us in. I had my massage and therapist was friendly and did a good job. I paid for a day pass to use the facilities. Unfortunately the steam and sauna were not working properly so reported it so did not have the day we planned!

All the staff were really friendly and helpful, I took my mum who has mobility issues and they could not have been more helpful. The spa is lovely, very clean and relaxing. Our treatments were perfect. Could not have asked for a better mum and daughter treat 😀
