A very enjoyable afternoon Pamper for a fair price. The afternoon tea was tasty and varied, the ladies in the spa were efficient and welcoming and the spa itself was good.
My only negative observation is that the floor in the changing area was very wet throughout and would benefit from being mopped periodically, or even just leave a mop & bucket for guests to use. Overall though excellent for an afternoon treat.

The spa team were amazing and the therapists really listened to what we needed.
My only slight issue was the atmosphere in the bar lacked somewhat. We had to wait a bit in silence with no staff and with the restaurant empty it did feel a bit odd. However that said, the food, the experience was great and we will book again

I had a wonderful back neck and shoulder massage which included hot towels on my feet to start with... It felt like we were given that little bit of extra pampering and it really made the difference. My massues was friendly and respectful, and made me feel welcome. She made sure I was comfy too. I asked for a firm massage and she certainly delivered that! It was firm and she really worked on all my knots and tension that I'd told her about. Very happy customer. Best massage I've ever had!
