I booked on behalf of a friend who came in for a birthday treat. She had a really lovely time. The spa and hotel were helpful in letting me purchase gift vouchers to be given to her upon her arrival as a surprise.

A very nice spa. Friendly and efficient staff and a nice atmosphere.
Could benefit from more frequent checks on changing room facilities. Wet floors throughout and empty bag dispenser for wet costumes.
Overall will definitely visit again.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights and booked treatment. Very happy with the venue and the massage. Made to feel important and member of staff was exceptional. Would thoroughly recommend and only wish the venue was a little closer to my home as would definitely be a regular.
