Our package included prosecco - which we never had and a two course meal
We waited over an hour for fish and chips - when it came out they were really greesy and the chips were cremated.
The spa was lovely but as a package 100% not worth it.
Ended up wasting an hour to go somewhere else for food
We didn’t even get our dessert brought out

This is a lovely spa but we were a little disappointed that use of the facilities didn’t include robe, towel and slippers. However, when we asked for towels they were happy to oblige. There are no loungers around the pool area to relax on in between a swim, sauna, steam room or jacuzzi so don’t bother taking a book with you. My massage was lovely and I definitely felt like my back was looser afterwards. There were only 3 changing rooms that are shared with the gym so we had to queue to use one.
