The treatment experience was good, relaxation room was lovely. For us, what let it down was the jacuzzi. Temp was not very warm and the jets were useless, which was a shame. The shower trays in the changing room also filled up and weren't draining away. Pool area needs some relaxation seating if offering spa days. Showed in photos on website but not there.

Would definitely recommend. My first spa experience and from start to finish could not fault the day and the treatments and time in the relaxation room afterwards took me to another planet for a few hours. Loved it.
