Received this pamper day for my Birthday last year. Had no problem booking all communication with the hotel was fantastic. The treatment was fantastic and would definitely recommend. We were asked to fill out a card at the beginning of our treatment that was really not necessary as it was more for people who were having a facial. Maybe a different card for different treatments would be better.
The afternoon tea was lovely and our waiter was very attentive. Thank you :-)

We had a lovely afternoon tea followed by treatments. The pool & steam, sauna & jacuzzi were very clean as were the changing rooms.
The best part was receiving our treatments in the couples treatment room. The therapists were great & we left feeling very relaxed & pampered & will definitely we returning again.
