Yolima was very friendly & welcoming. After a short chat she suggested an alternative to what I had bookedso as to get the most benefit for my massage. Possiblty the best & most relaxing treatment I have had. I could still feel & see the benifit to ankles/legs a week later. A small piece of heaven. Thank you 🌺

The hotel/Spa entrance was lovely clean and tidy. and staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The pool is a nice length and temperature and there is a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
The therapist was very professional and friendly and certainly knew what they were doing.
Only downside was one of the 2 ladies shower cubicles was not draining properly, possibly due to hair. Not nice to use. Overall very positive good experience.

Spa & staff lovely. Great service however terrible hotel rooms. Do not recommend under any circumstances. Mould & limescale in bathroom with stained mouldy shoeer curtain and flaking paint. No mechanical ventilation and streaming condensation on tiled walls. Mattress sagging & springs digging in with pillows like cardboard.
