Was a bit disappointed with my massage today, I’ve hurt my shoulder and currently going through physio, I saw Ifrah on 18th April 22 for the same treatment which helped me massively and made me want to come back ASAP as it felt more mobile afterwards, she even put cooling massage gel on after treatment which was great, but unfortunately I felt that this massage didn’t help my shoulder at all and was not worked on like I asked for which is a real shame

My friend and I have been having spa days in and around Bournemouth for many years. Now we only ever go to Bluewater Spa and love it......we have never had a bad experience and would recommend it to anybody. The Afternoon Tea is also very nice
