Sauna and steam decent temperature and with different levels (in both) for those who prefer it hotter or cooler. Jacuzzi pleasant enough but jets quite weak so not much use for massaging tight muscles. Pool is full 18m in one lane, shorter on other side. Overall v pleasant environment but depending how busy: I went twice and on one day was wonderfully calm and peaceful, the next time a large loud group of men taking up too much space and shouting offensive things. So difficult to know!
