Lovely hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Gin afternoon tea was delicious. Treatments were very good but spa facilities were a bit of a let down could do with an update, jacuzzi switch took a bit of effort to get to work. Floor tiles broken and grubby. Just a bit run down.

Wonderful day with fabulous friendly staff. Food was lovely and the pool and treatments were amazing would definitely recommend and totally do again for sure.

Staff were very helpful and attentive and afternoon tea was delicious. Massage from Hannah was great and different to any massages I've had in the past (usually have sports massage or back and shoulders). Only downside was I felt the changing rooms were a bit tired and could do with up-dating.
