Bluewater Spa receptionist helpful & efficient.
Great treatments!
Enjoyed pool, jacuzzi, sauna & relaxation room.
Showers overflowed into changing rooms - bit smelly.
Booking confirmed by email & on arrival however restaurant were unaware - communication? This made for an awkward wait while restaurant staff went to check. Good variety in afternoon tea .Very fresh.
Thanks to all who made it a very enjoyable experience. Totally relaxed by the time I went home!

The relaxation room was very clean and pleasant
We were very pleased with our massages, very professional,calm atmosphere and relaxing .staff were lovely and took notice of our care cards that they'd asked us to fill in before our appointment.
