Plus points: The massage was excellent - the therapist was experienced and checked I was happy with the pressure and adapted it when I wanted her to. I was able to chat and then have the rest of the massage in silence. I thought the darkened relaxing area was very nice. The staff were polite, efficient and helpful. Downsides: it didn’t feel luxurious - the pool area, tiling, showers and changing rooms are a little bit tired and grubby and the shower I used was blocked.

Fantastic....Great facilities, especially the relaxation room.
Afternoon tea was one of the best I have had (and I have had a lot!).
Back, neck and shoulder massage was lovely (also had a lot of massages, and this was one of the really good ones) - great scents, perfect pressure and lovely atmosphere.
Promised myself to return before too long....
