Lovely spa, with great facilities, including pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. There weren't many loungers around the pool, but there was a lovely relaxation room. Fantastic massage, really attentive and just what I needed, with helpful aftercare advice.

Greeting at hotel reception was great. Greeting at Spa was lacking in welcome. Good pool but no atmosphere, no space to relax, no life in the atmosphere, far too busy for the small space!
Food was just adequate, service in restaurant by a lovely waitress was warm and good.

We were shocked to discover the spa did not offer myself and wife robes, despite seeing all other guests wearing them! When I enquired this, the receptionist told me they didn’t have any more and we should have taken them from our room at hotel. She then walked off looking like she couldn’t care less. We later discovered our room didn’t have robes either but the hotel receptionist didn’t care either because apparently it wasn’t an executive suite. Shocking seeing as we paid over £250!

The floors were slippery in the changing rooms & toilets with no effort to clean them or put signs up. Unclean & tired spa areas.
Older ladies were holding on to walls as they walked around so they didn't fall. Couldnt lock door in middle changing room. Massage was late. The email was received later about the late start after my treatment began. I asked for medium pressure but got soft. Friends massage in same room was inappropriate ( reported ). Friendly,attentive staff & lunch was delicious.
