Lovely spa day - express hot stone back massage was much better than expected - first time followed by a lovely relaxing 30min facial. Therapist Hannah was great. Relaxation room was nice for a post treatment relax
Pool and jacuzzi area was nice - unfortunately on our visit a group of young men were jumping around in there which meant we quickly left and went back to the relax room!
We topped off the morning with a delicious Prosecco afternoon tea in the restaurant

This is NOT a spa!! A spa is several steam rooms. This has a small steam room and a small sauna. There are 5 loungers by the pool! 2 of which are sideways on as so close to the pool! The afternoon tea was lovely, shame we had to wait 45 minutes for it and the waitress took 25 minutes to tell us there was an issue! The massage was amazing. The car parking is a shambles, zero spaces and no mention of this when booking, I would not return and certainly wouldn’t recommend 😥
