The restaurant service was impeccable however the menu choice was limited and quite heavy for those wanting a spa day. The food was, however, beautifully presented.

Great experience, was fortunate in that the spa wasn’t busy. Massages and facials were first class. Would definitely return.

Undoubtedly the steam room was out of order and had been for a few days according to hotel guests. When we got into the jacuzzi only one foot jet worked and we were told this was a problem too. It wasn’t to the end of our session when another hotel guest got in and got it to work stating the button is really hard to press to get it fully working.
The afternoon tea and service in the bar area was exceptional.
