It was an excellent day and cost far less than some other similar spas in the area. The treatments we're great, the pool was a good temperature and not over chlorinated. The jacuzzi and sauna we're lovely too. The steam room was out of order, which was a shame, but over a great spa. The only issue was that all the ceiling tiles look very tired. The afternoon tea was excellent though.

Overall everything was great however was a bit disappointed that we were not notified that steam room was not working prior to our arrival as I was really looking forward to it. Also found it a bit annoying that we needed to get completely changed for our afternoon tea which meant less time to relax.

Two of us went my massage was really good however my friend felt like she missed out on the foot massage there was also parts of the spa not working the steam room and jacuzzi. And our afternoon tea was not great waiting 45 minutes for it and a wedding going on aswell so it wasn't very tranquil after our treatments slightly disappointed as we only do one of these a year.
