Decent spa, shame about the kids in pool and lack of sunbeds but overall ok. Changing rooms have 3 changing cubicles which can be busy and locks don't all seem to work. Lost a few of the special touches such as being brought the berries and choc after treatments like they used to. Afternoon tea was beautiful though and can not fault it. Would go again.

I always go for a basic massage, but wanted something different. I went for the Go figure treatment with my favourite therapist Hannah B. She is always friendly and listens to what I need and adjust the treatment for me to get the best benefit. Looking forward to my next treatment.

Very nice massage, enjoyed resting in the relaxation room. Be aware that the pool area is quite busy with spa and hotel guests, including young children. We pre ordered our lunch but still had to wait quite some time for it to arrive. It was a really nice meal, very nice starter and main course. Overall we had a very nice time, just need to be aware this isn’t a dedicated spa experience.
