Nice place but not enough chairs for every person to relax on after a swim. We went to the relaxing room instead and had luck to get 2 free chairs there. The pool area was busy with quite a few children, so not as relaxing as we would have loved it to be the night after New Years Eve.

A lovely 5star spa in a hotel. The sauna and steam rooms all in spacious quiet tranquil in luxury surroundings. I was able to nodoff on the sun bed. It felt extra warm as the huge glass window along one side of the pool let in the sun and good view. Service was excellent.

Blue Harbour Spa is a very plush venue, but the customer services is very down to earth and amazingly friendly for a high end Spa. I felt very relaxed and comfortable enough to ask questions that may seem silly to a regular Spa attendee!

Overall, my experience at Blue Harbour Spa was great, I came out feeling relaxed and happy. The facilities are spotless and very well maintained, I can not fault it at all. The location was great, just 2 mins walk from Imperial Wharf Overground. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a cafe with a limited but delicious and healthy menu. Mains are between £15-£19 each. There is water available throughout the premises which is great as gymming and swimming is thirsty work! My only bad experience there was when my brother and I went into the Relaxation room there were 2 women and a child there (guests at hotel) waiting for a therapist to discuss a treatment and as they were using it as a waiting room (fully clothed with bags etc), we felt a bit put off in our robes and they were chatting away loudly yet no one thought to ask them to leave whilst we were there. I understand this was just a one off though. I will definitely come back here in the future =)

I first visited the Blue Harbour spa when it re-opened at the end of last year. I was so impressed by the ambience and the helpfulness of the staff that I joined as a member. The staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful, making every visit feel relaxed (even when you're heading to the gym at 6.30am)! The pool area is very relaxing and makes a miserable rainy sunday afternoon seem much better. I love the relaxation room - it is a quiet haven. The therapists are lovely and whilst i'm more used to sports massages, the aromatherapy massage is so relaxing that it is easy to fall asleep. It is a shame that there isnt a jacuzzi but I guess you cant have everything... Well worth a visit.
