I was expecting more from this spa. The pool is lovely and I mainly had it to myself which was a plus. There is a sauna however, it was hard to relax with all sound of doors banging plus there is nowhere to sit when coming out and you often need to cool down straight afterwards. There is a relaxation room (which didn't open until midday) which is on a different floor - again, very hard to relax with so many doors banging! The massage I had was great and very relaxing. Not the best spa I've been too - too noisy, no jacuzzi and not a sensible layout - however the facilities and treatments were very good.
We went for the ladies day spa - great value for money and a very relaxing day. One point was that there were a number of swimming lessons for kids which made the pool area not as calm and was not expected from a spa.
Great spa - staff were so helpful and we could have stayed in the relaxation room all day! The massages me and a friend had were incredible - Thank you very much!
We Were disappointed that there was no jacuzzi facilities, we also found that the treatment and food prices were very expensive for what little facilities the spa actually had and no proper restaurant
The Blue Harbour Spa is one of the most relaxing, intimate and peaceful Spa's in London. The venue is well kept, clean and modern. The staff are expectationally friendly and go beyond just being polite. I am always recommending Blue Harbour as a Spa of choice for my friends.
