Blow Ltd made an error with my booking and were unable to do my treatment at the time I had booked and paid for (via Treatwell). They initially told me it was Treatwell's error and there was nothing they could do. When I explained I was going on holiday the next day, they said I could come back in half an hour. When I returned I was told that actually they did not have time to. Do my treatment but that I could go to Covent Garden instead. The technician at Covent Garden was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the treatment was painful at times. I felr that I could not complain as I had been labelled as a 'difficult' customer following my experience at the Debenhams location. The manicure lasted about 4 days before beginning to peel off. I was given only very limited information during the procedure and regarding aftercare. I have submitted a complaint to Blow Ltd but have not yet received a reply.
