NEVER EVER book an appointment here !!! I had booked an 8am blow dry for this morning and was outside the building 5 minutes before my appointment but could not find the door as debnehams was closed and I had to find a security guard at the staff entrance to ask how I got into the building. He didn’t know where the entrance was either. When I found eventually found the correct door I was 4 minutes late after they had struggled to open the door for 2 minute. I was informed that they would not blow dry my hair as I was 4 minutes late. They don’t even have details of which door to go to on the email confirmation of the booking!!! Staff were not even apologetic and I was going on holidays after work and could not get my hair blow dried. I was told I would have to contact Treatwell myself to get a refund! This place needs to be avoided at all costs!!! In all my experience of getting blow dries over the years I have never experienced less caring staff!! Without doubt the most unaccommodating salon in London! NEVER book an appointment here!!
