I had an appointment on 11th of May.They told me that they cannot do my hair because they had another one appointment at the same time and I had to come at 14:00.Its the second time tha this is happening.So rude staff(Rachel the name of the lady).There will be no next time because they have to face my lawyer this time.I cannot accept this behavior for the SECOND TIME.I want a refund please.
Went for a blowdry altough accidentally booked a manicure. The staff is very professional. They agreed to change the service to a blowdry which is not taken for granted. The blow dry was one of the best i ever got.
