Adele looked after me and she was brilliant. Very friendly and she knew exactly what I wanted. Her blow dry lasted nearly 5 days in my hair! Loved it!
I arrived and there was only one nail technician working at that time who was focused on another lady. I waited for about 15 minutes which is absolutely fine and she started my treatment and then she paused to take off gel on another lady's hand which took 20-30 minutes. I ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes for my treatment to actually start and when it did, she filed down my nails at different lengths and the nail varnish has chipped incredibly quickly. Overall, I'm not impressed at all. It wasted a lot of my time and the fact that there was only one person working at that time.
