Professional blow-dry, pleasant employee, quick but delivers value

I had a very nice mother -daughter appointment at Blow at the weekend. We were greeted friendly by Nur who was knowledgeable about the treatments we were having, although it wasn't Nur who did my hair but a another stylist who was lovely - she made a lovely job of my hair. My daughter had a 72 keratin treatment, professionally done and we could sit opposite and have a catch up. The staff brought us drinks from a choice of coffee, tea or bubbly. It was an altogether lovely experience.

Overall I was a bit dissapointed with the blow dry. My hair didn’t really feel shiny or bouncy - it was more of a quick wash and rough blow dry that I could have done myself. The curls with the GHD were pretty at first but didn’t last. That’s why I booked in hoping for a curly blow dry as that’s all the stays in my hair. The stylist was really friendly but overall I won’t be returning.
