The actual brow lamination was great and Abide was very communicative and informative.
Just a issue with lateness - and lack of communication of it. Other than that great experience :)
Really good experience! This was my first time getting my brows laminating and the staff made me feel very at ease and comfortable (offered a drink, hung my coat etc). Really pleased with the overall appearance of my brows, they lifted really well, and great aftercare advice was given too.
Had my blow dry done by shareena and loved it. She did a fab job and made me feel super glam for my event. She had really good convo and gave lots of tips for my hair. It was clear she knew what she was doing. Would recommend.
Disappointed. Went for the luxe blow - initially it was ok (nothing particularly wow and not much like the suggested images but just about fine) but within an hour any body or curl that was there has pretty much disappeared. Good job I wasn’t in a hurry - my booking was pushed back by 15 mins less than an hour before booking was supposed to start and then still started late, and it took almost twice as long as the stated time.
Should have read reviews went for a braid in my hair and she couldnt even plait it straight not overly happy seemed to be training as the other colleague was giving her prompts. Looks a little like a do at home hair do save your money and get a family member or friend to do it for you instead lucky this treatment was cheap. Tbh all of them seem to know nothing about hair nut run a salon based on zero skills and experience
