Whilst there were some positives (the ladies working there were lovely & it’s aesthetically pleasing) removal of gel nail polish took 45 minutes or so. I have never had this problem before and it resulted in having my nails shaved down, leaving them weak. Thereafter I opted for normal polish since my nails felt damaged, yet I didn’t get refunded the extra money I paid since the lady stated I “broke even”. It didn’t matter to me much as it was over approx £5, but it’s about the principle
