Visited for the first time today and wasnt disappointed at all, had a lovely luxury manicure with nail art. The salon was clean, nail technician friendly and aimed to replicate my picture. Will be booking another appointment soon.

Stood inside fora good few minutes before being acknowledged as staff were on the phone or back to the door. Most painful hollywood hot wax I've ever had and loads of hairs left over. Won't be returning.

I chose classic nail polish and I expect the lady to wash my feet before proceeding to the toes polishing which she didn't
Nails was fine and the design as well, SADLY the next day one nail broke. Also the nail professional did cut my cuticle that much that right now my cuticle is peeling and hurting on all 10 fingers and this veryyyy bad. Also the staff will only have a conversation with you only to the known regualr customers which is very wrong they need to be nice to first time customers !

The workers were not friendly at all, the job done
on my nails was really good,I love it, the atmosphere was just off and because of that I wouldn’t want to go back there. The workers were only friendly to the regular customers as for other customers is not the same.
I wouldn’t recommend people to go there.
