To be fair, I have been to this salon several times for a shellac without a problem, but recently has felt more and more like a conveyor belt. This review is based on my last visit. I pre booked and paid but when I arrived the salon was busy. There was absolutely no point booking as they accepted walk-ins without consideration of bookings. The wait would have been too long so I asked for a refund, which they gave me without a problem, and I went somewhere else. Bottom line: I won’t be going back
