Adam gave me a great service, wash cut and blow dry. I was really happy with the outcome. The salon however is very low budget, not clean and has a nail salon in it! Not as luxurious as expected from the pictures.

After having a terrible elsewhere, Maria was Incredible, she really listened to what I said and gave me an incredible cut that is exactly what I asked for.

Sam is unable to perform hot wax tried to persuade strip wax for Hollywood during appointment. No way could I trust her for waxing.
She is very disorganised and thinks it is acceptable that customers wait in the salon for an hour then offers a longer massage than booked as apology.
I miss Seema and Kirsty. Even newly trained Jorna was a world better even though she left hair in the middle section.
Previously I've had my hair cut by Christina who made a lot of catty comments. Unprofessional place
