I was actually very disappointed with my pedicure, on my booking, I had requested to have Alex and I was very unhappy to then not get him considering I requested this. While Kim was nice enough, it felt rushed and my nails are not smooth from the polish like they should be, one of my nails is at a complete diagonal compare to the rest of my toes which are all straight and looks really silly. I am now conscious of this. He didn’t even do a proper massage, was almost like he could be bothered.
