Vicky was really wonderful very frendly and made me feel very comfatable as i dont really like going to a new place to get my hair done the only down side was i felt the colours and cut were not as i had hoped but iam going to go back and see if next time we can get to the colour and cut i was looking for as vicky was so nice.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service skills at this salon. From the moment I walked in the manager was incredibly rude and made me feel like a nuisance. The salon was running 15-20 mins late but there was no communication to make you aware of how the long the wait was. The manager then argued that I had not paid for polish so they will just be shaping my nails (I had pre paid). She admitted in the end that I had paid for polish but didn’t seem happy to treat me at all.
