I felt the feedback on my skin was a little ... 'brutal?'
I'm generally happy with my aging skin (no botox, fillers, etc) but felt the feedback was a little lacking in empathy .. as other 50 year old women know, we're dealing with the unwanted side effects of menopause: skin elasticity, lines multiplying by the day, etc so although I appreciate constructive feedback, I did leave feeling a bit deflated 😢

Although Chloe was so lovely and chatty and made me feel very welcome, I probably will not be returning as when I got home I realised significant large patches of my legs had been missed during the waxing, in some pretty obvious spots such as on my knee and down my shin. Was quite disappointed as otherwise was a good experience
