The therapist was absolutely excellent - created atmosphere of calm and tranquility. Facial was thorough, relaxing and refreshing. Therapist took great care to tailor facial to my skin and while the mask was on she did a wonderful neck and shoulder massage. I'd go again, especially with the great Wahanda offer.
Enjoyed the music and environment. Staff were very friendly and professional. Theropist was lovely and chatty.
Treatments were very nice and for a great price. However, if the treatments were not in an offer i probably wouldnt pay the £60+ that the 3 treatments are advertised at costing.
Overall very happy though!
The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. The facial was fantastic, as was the mini manicure. Massage pressure was weak and a little disappointing - despite asking for more pressure, it was like being stroked. The biggest downside of this place is that the beauty treatment room is tiny so it doesn't feel very luxurious, but a little cramped. However, it's good value for money, and the friendly staff make it a worthwhile visit.
I went for a manicure, facial and swedish massage. The facial was lovely and very relaxing, though the therapist used oil to massage my face at the end which left my skin feeling quite greasy and i felt a little like the effects of the facial were ruined. The massage was gorgeous, definately my favourite part. The manicure was a bit of a disappointment. It was a little messy.
The treatments themselves were good, if a little budget (using a bucket with warm water for the pedicure and having to squeeze my large-ish feet into it while lying down on the treatment bed) and the therapist was lovely and did a great facial but unfortunately there was a massive communication issue as her English wasn't very good and I struggled to even explain that I would like a firm massage. It was a nice few hours for very minimal cost and while they are very close to home I don't think I'll be going back again.
