Great experience, very friendly staff, I wasn't sure which hair cut to go for and i was a bit vague in my explanations but I was very please with the results, she knew exactly what would work! I will go again.
The staff were nice and my stylist was gentle with my hair (although the person washing my hair could have been more gentle). It looked nice and bouncy by the end.
I went to Blooms hair salon for a highlights and cut. My therapist was really nice, she offered me a drink on arrival. Then we talked about what i want to do with my hair and what she thinks its the best option for me. Even that my highlight are more intensive that i wanted, it looks really nice. She did well.
Althought it was easy to find, the location isnt really the best for my. But for this money i tried and im happy with results.

The hairdresser was a lovely lady and the cut was a good quality, so I will probably go back.
The only reason it is only four stars is that I orginally booked my appointment at 5.45, this was then moved to 6.30 and the I got seen to at 7.15 as the customer before me got a big hair cut, which to be fair looked good afterwards.
The hair dresser did let me know that she was running late but it wasn't ideal.
So a lot of waiting around.

the staffs were helpful on the day. i was very happy with the treatment. everything was up to the mark. however, i called later for some adjustment and that time they did not seem very helpful..alas..
