The salon is short distance from Angel tube station. The staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease given I am trying somewhere new for hair colour. Really efficient service given I was having a full head of highlights. I would go back.

Absolutely fantastic staff and a great haircut, very professional, very friendly and talkative, hair styling and cutting was phenomenal, the tapering, graduation of the cut was unparalleled. easily 5 star from the haircut to the small details such as coffee whilst waiting 5 minutes.

They were very quick and efficient, which was good for me as I was on my lunch break. Staff were friendly although I'm not sure I had a conditioning treatment.

This deal was good value but unfortunately not very punctual. I was booked in for a haircut at 6.30, was there ten minutes before but the salon was so busy that by 7.15 my hair had been washed but nothing else had happened yet. The staff was clearly stretched and I did not feel the staff listened to what I wanted. Instead, I overheard the hairdresser say things to colleagues such as "I'll be back in 5 minutes" and "it is only a trim, I will be super quick!". This did not make me feel at ease at all and I had to push the hairdresser to spend more time so that I got a decent result with hair that was cut back into a style and not just a trim. The fact that my hair looks ok despite minimal effort during this haircut seems to be down to groundwork laid down by another salon....
