Lovely technician, made me feel relaxed and happy. Even better if, the seating was more comfortable and nails were soaked to make the nail softer to remove cuticles/ overhangs.

Pleased with my cut, only it felt rushed and I was told I was boring for wanting a straight blow-dry. Quite sarcastic attitude which was uncomfortable. I also don’t appreciate swear words being thrown about when paid alot for the service.
