I booked a ladies cut and blow dry paying full price on Treatwell. Unfortunately the experience was not nearly what I am used to at Blo Bar. Firstly, the appointment I booked was for 11am and I was not taken to my chair until 11.25am, without an explanation or apology. It meant the appointment ran late and the hair stylist was very rushed. I was not shown the back of my hair with the mirror at the end like I normally would be and the hair wash was quite rough.overall I was disappointed

Raman is a wonderful technician. The atmosphere would be better if the music wasn’t so loud. (Difficult to make conversation). Seating needs updating, very uncomfortable.
