Expected a full mani, including nails soak and some simple decor on the polish, but those were not included/available. Also there were no matt top finish :( Stairs in salon could be cleaner. But the staff was really nice.

Can't remember her name - lovely Indian lady did my shellac manicure perfectly I was so impressed! Really polite. Lovely cup of tea. Relaxing. Only thing is that the nail room downstairs could be a bit nicer.
