Not the manicurist, but the rest of the staff is very unprofessional. I was chased out of the shop with an employee shrieking 'Did you pay?' at me. I prepaid on Treatwell and confirmed that when I walked in.

Despite some mix up with the booking (something about the treatwell system not matching their own) they did manage to squeeze me in - not for my booked mani / pedi but a pedi with a nail shape and polish which was the same price. The treatments were really high quality and lasted my entire week's holiday. Love the Opi polishes and Shadia was very professional and helpful.
