Absolutely awful experience. Arrived for my appointment only to be told by a fairly rude and unbothered woman on reception that there was a chance they didn’t have my appointment in the system as I had booked it with Treatwell. I then had to wait 20 minutes before an appointment became available. My experience of the actual pedicure was also very disappointing...the pedicure unit next to mine was still filthy and full of dirty products and dead skin and was not cleaned the entire time I was there and the gel nail colour wheel was broken. The lady who did my nails was actually lovely and trying it make up for lost time given how late my appointment was, but then I just felt rushed and uncomfortable.
