When I arrived they said that they were not aware of my booking and told me to come back after 4 hours, this was not ideal as I live 45 minutes away. When I came back after 4 hours they made me wait another 30 minutes for the stylist.
Teal the stylist was great and she did an awesome job on the balayage. It looked amazing.I would highly recommend her, she mentioned that she is based at the Ealing branch.
It’s just that the overall experience was not great because of the wait, they were really busy and I had to keep waiting for other people to finish before I could be attended to, for stuff like washing my hair.

I booked twice and both times they cancelled the booking. Why are you on Treatwell if you’re not able to accommodate the requests?
First time they called to reschedule but second time they didn’t even try. I came there and the girl on reception didn’t even apologise, just said that they are full. Shame as I wanted to keep going there.
